Employee Change Communications

I have a strong background in employee engagement and change management communications projects. With significant communications planning and project management experience, I understand the importance of thoughtful communications strategies that engage and excite employees through internal& external social media channels, events and in-person activations, and employee story-sharing. 

I have extensive experience partnering directly with business leaders and related functions such as HR to develop project plans to support business integration projects, intranet site launches, corporate restructuring, business strategy changes, operational improvements and executive leadership changes.

  • National CIBC employee engagement programs leveraging sponsorship properties, community activations, and brand and advertising programs  - 2010 FIFA World Cup, IIFA, CIBC: ‘I’m Here for What Matters’ campaign
  • ​Led change management communications planning and execution for the operational and technological integration of two major Caribbean banks to create FirstCaribbean International Bank
  • Managed transition plans for new CIBC executives including senior executives changes and business unit restructuring
  • Deep experience with business unit restructuring initiatives at CIBC including department re-organizations and staff downsizing exercises 
  • Establishing corporate objectives, vision, mission and values statements, and project milestone planning for the start up Ontario Provincial Pension Plan Administration Corporation
