​Project Communication Planning & Delivery 

Working alongside leadership and project teams I bring strategic discipline to project communications planning and delivery - for both internal and externally-focused projects.

 

My experience across all communications functions includes communications planning, internal communications & employee engagement, change management, media relations & issues management, consumer PR events and awareness activations, and merger & acquisition communications.​

  • Project management of major consumer engagement initiatives for the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) to generate awareness around auto insurance fraud and homeowner flood risk 
  • Developed and delivered an Issue and Crisis Management tabletop workshop for SHAD's 30 program directors to prepare them to deal with crisis situations and reputational events 
  • ​Prepared a detailed gamestime communications operating model and crisis communications framework for the Toronto 2015 Games
  • Development of an 18 month communications and outreach plan for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games to raise public awareness and drive engagement
  • ​Led communications planning for CIBC's acquisition of majority ownership of CIBC FirstCaribbean 
  • Fifteen years of project communications planning and delivery for numerous CIBC merger, acquisition & divestiture activities, new product & service launches, sponsorship and corporate investment programs
  • Extensive planning for stakeholder and business engagement, outreach and education for the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan
